Designed for children ages 9-16, this program teaches kids the basics of journalism, from researching and interviewing to writing and publishing their own stories.
Led by experienced journalist and teacher Kyria Kalata, the program is perfect for kids who love to write, ask questions, and share their ideas with others. Each week, your child will explore a new topic and learn valuable skills such as critical thinking, research, writing, editing, and more.
In addition to the weekly lessons and activities, the program includes access to a private online community where kids can connect with other young journalists, share their work, and receive feedback and support.
